The Academy of Singing, Melbourne
was founded in 1992 by
internationally renowned opera singers and vocal coaches Monique Brynnel and Jon Weaving.

"During these 20 years we have had the good fortune to get to know and help hundreds of wonderful people, from young children to "grown ups", on their way to learn how to sing - and most important - in doing so we have always developed a strong friendship with each and every one. Many students, to their own surprise sometimes,   have ended up with singing as their profession. We are more than grateful to have been given this opportunity to share our experiences and knowledge, and are looking forward to another 20 years full of exciting music and joy.

A heartfelt 'thank you' to you all."
