ACADEMY OF SINGING, MELBOURNE
The singing tradition at the Academy of Singing is kept "alive" not only through Monique's and Jon's son, Rock Singer JACK WEAVING, but also by the brilliant Singing Teacher and Opera Singer, ADAM WOOD.
ADAM WOOD, our excellent Singing Coach at Academy of Singing for many years, has returned back from successful Opera and Musical Concerts in Europe and is looking forward to another exciting year guiding talented singers, from Beginners to Advanced.
JACK WEAVING, has just released a new Album with his band "Good vs Evil", and new and aspiring Rock Singers are able to get advice and help from Jack one day a week at Academy of Singing.
THIS FAMILY ROCKS!
"IT HELPS to be versatile in showbiz. Opera singer Monique Brynnel stars in The Production Company's toe-tapping Follies tomorrow night at The Arts Centre, but away from the stage she's sung vocals on the album of her son, Jack Weaving, who's lead singer of The DOW. Jack doesn't exactly have the same music tastes as his mum - his genre is described as 'electro punk rock' - but Monique and hubby Jon Weaving lent their voices to the album. Family sing-a-longs must be a hoot."
